    very poor service and not trust worthy

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of action on my return request for the Caprese Snow Printed Large Black Satchel (Order No. #CAP88521), placed on 24th June and delivered to me on 30th June.

    Within five minutes of receiving the product, I raised a return request, as the bag was smaller than expected and did not suit my requirements. I promptly received a confirmation email stating that the return had been approved.

    However, despite the assurance, the pickup has still not been attempted, even though it was scheduled two days ago. This delay has been extremely inconvenient and stressful, as I have had to stay home continuously for the past four days, missing work and personal commitments, in anticipation of the pickup.

    It is frustrating to see such poor coordination and follow-up from a brand that is expected to maintain high standards—not just in product design but also in customer service.

    Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm when the return will be picked up. A timely resolution is the least I expect at this stage.

    I now have a doubt, if you take the product and if i had to be behind you for the refund, i may face the same torture.
