For any delivery-related concerns such as damaged items, missing or shortfall in products, wrong items delivered, or orders marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact our customer support within 36 hours of delivery. To validate the claim, it is mandatory to share a clear, continuous unpacking video showing the sealed package, the shipping label clearly visible, and the products received inside. Requests raised beyond this 36-hour window or without the required video evidence will not be eligible for investigation or resolution. If you do not like the product after delivery, you may request a return within 72 hours from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. This return window applies only to preference-based returns and not to used or opened products. Refunds will be processed after successful pickup and quality check of the returned item, and the amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, along with a Refund Reference Number (RRN) shared by our support team.You can initiate return from track order link. You can also write to hellogirl@capresebags.com with order details, contact details and product/handtag images. -
Returned products that have their tags/labels intact; are unused and have manufacturing defect will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of the return product. Pls refer the cancellation & refund policy link on website for further clarity.
