Bad service of Caprese, product not received yet

I ordered this product online but still I have not received the parcel yet. I called at VIP Industries Bhiwandi warehouse contact no. on 2nd Jan 2024. He told me that your product would be dispatched in 2 days.
Today I called him once again cause I did not get any update from Caprese or the courier vendor. Now he told me that at this time there is no product available in the warehouse which I ordered. This is ridiculous If the invoice is generated and the courier tracking ID is also generated then how it's possible that the product is not available in a warehouse? This is not expected from the Caprese which is a high brand. This kind of service you are providing to the customers? I expect the resolution of this issue on a priority basis.

Did not get the qr

I ordered the sling and it comes with a 6 months warranty which needs to be activated using the qr. the tag had missing qr code as it was supposed to be gifted i couldnt place a replacement order due to shortage of time.
