Faulty product delivered

The press button was broken when I received the product. I raised a return/exchange request which was not answered to for many days. I had to call into Caprese customer care which helped but still received a reply days later. In spite of all the waiting, the request was rejected. I get delivered a faulty product, I lose my money and I get a bad customer service. Not at all expected from a brand like Caprese. Never buying Caprese again.

Finishing in not good

Wallet finishing is not at all good....odd size ...... Spoke to call centre and was asked to mail the issue for exchange or refund.... No reply received yet..
