Great user experience
1. The shoulder straps of the bag are not stable. They needed to be secured with a line of stitching at the top and bottom rings. If you shorten the straps, they slip back almost immediately. This makes adjustment and carrying difficult.
2. A division of the large inner compartment into two sections would have been helpful. There is enough room.
