I had a terrible experience with Caprese. Bought three bags for my wife. The designs were not right for her, so I tried to return them from the Caprese website. The links were not working (not sure if this is on purpose), so I wrote to its email ID requesting a return. There was no response, so I kept trying the site, and after a few days, the links started working, so I raised a return there too. Immediately there is a rejection response saying the return was raised after 72 hours. How unfair when it was Caprese's fault its return links didn't work for many days! And when I had written within hours of receiving the bags and had written reminders with screenshots, etc. Then I write and write and call and call, but Caprese reps were stubborn and uncaring and did not accept the return. Of course, Caprese is blacklisted by us, and such a business should not and cannot succeed. If you are thinking of buying a Caprese product, think again and avoid it.
