Want to return the item
Extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The product images are completely misleading – the color shown in the pictures is different from what is delivered. Simply mentioning "Sage" without clarifying that it does not match the displayed image is deceptive.
To make matters worse, customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. No response to my complaint email, WhatsApp replies come after hours and then the chat is closed without even connecting with me. The contact numbers provided don’t work, making it impossible to reach anyone for support. Refund not permitted.
A reputed brand should not operate this way. This experience has been frustrating in every possible way, and I would not recommend purchasing from here.
